We asked our employees what their favorite PawnMaster feature is, and why. Here’s what they had to say:
The Data Collection Module for the Memor is my favorite add-on we sell here at Data Age because this module will save our customers a lot of time. Customers love this module because of how simple it is to scan every item in inventory or in pawn, and upload it to PawnMaster so they can generate a report showing if any items are missing in their shop.
It can also show you if any items were scanned that are no longer showing in the PawnMaster system because they have been sold or deleted. Customers need this module because of how convenient it is and because of the amount of time saved when doing an inventory audit on the entire shop. Our customers typically do this two-to-four times per year. Some shops have so much inventory in the back area of their shop that it could take them a very long time to manually scan each item.
Having this module saves you so much time because all you have to do is take an inventory scanner and scan the barcode for each item. Once you scan each item, the file is uploaded to PawnMaster. From here, you can use the report that comes with this module to identify any items that weren’t scanned.
