We just had our annual Data Age awards dinner. Each year we recognize the performance of the Data Age team in appreciation of the work they have done with our clients. One of the awards we give out is our “Top Gun” award. This award goes to our top performing sales rep but it has so much more depth to it than just great revenue numbers.
Our Top Gun this year, Alan Kircher, drove over $700,000 in new revenues which is fantastic, but what makes him (and the the rest of the Data Age team) stand far apart is their ability to work with their clients on an ongoing basis. Our consultative approach to account management is world class and sees our teams contacting every client several times a year. Contacting clients to ensure all is well with them and seeing if we can assist them in any way to help grow their business.
Over the years, sales has changed and you can’t flourish is the space if you don’t listen to your clients, know the industry you serve, know your products application to the business and do all this with the highest degree of integrity. We are very proud of our entire organization as they continue to gain and add to an industry-leading market share.
