“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” ~Maimonides.

We take this approach in our day-to-day business life but we also apply this methodology when training our customers. Over the years we have trained tens of thousands ends users on our software. We start out with the basics and have a very easy curriculum for the client to follow. We also have numerous ways to deliver this training. Be it on site at the customers’ business, here at Data Age PawnMaster University or via the web, the approach is the same. When we work with our customers we coach them in every sense. Many of our customers know their business cold… in fact they are very impressive with their domain knowledge. Many of our customers don’t have time to delve deep into many other areas of the business, which are as vital. Educating customers throughout the entire lifecycle of the relationship is beneficial for everyone involved. We could not live without this approach because it helps us get better as we hear our customers feedback. Collaboration is not a fluff word in our environment. We preach it, practice it and train to it. If you employ this approach, your customers will not only be very happy but you will gain so much as a company. Knowing, listening and hearing your customers is a fine recipe for success.
