We asked our employees what their favorite PawnMaster feature is, and why.  Here’s what they had to say:

My Favorite add on Module PawnMaster offers is the biometrics module. I believe this module is imperative to have in a pawn shop.

The biometrics module offers a priceless sense of security. With the biometrics module a manager can set up employees to log into PawnMaster using only their fingerprint, which creates a line of security to hold an employee accountable if something malicious were to happen. Let’s face it, passwords can be stolen but it is impossible to steal someone’s fingerprint. There will be no “whodunnits” with the biometrics module. It also saves precious time at the register, especially when an employee is helping out a customer and cashing them out. Rather than redirecting their attention to type out their ID and password into PawnMaster, they can simply press the device and be logged in. This allows for a smooth sales process and is especially helpful for employees who tend to forget their password often.
