Alright, let’s talk about one thing that I did and was mandatory for my employees, its called want lists. Often times when people come into a store to buy something it an impulse purchase. They don’t often have the full amount necessary or even enough to put it in layaway, but what you need to do is get a name and a phone number so you can text they and call they when something comes in. My employees were required to get at least 10 names every day, as part of there job. You need to may sure we are getting names and numbers and calling people, it is the easiest thing to sell when you see something on a pull list and you can pick up the phone and match it to a customer need. Want lists are the key to great sales.
