PawnMaster analysis report?

I think it is fair to say that no two pawnbrokers will look at a single report in the same way. With that said; The Analysis report (Accounting Report #1) is actually 5 reports in one if YES is selected when prompted with “Print a breakdown by item types?”. Many shops print this report daily. This is also a good report to run at the end of each month for the whole month.

e-foro; Making eCommerce Easier

Back in the day I made a modest amount of money selling books online. Comics, paperbacks, new and used; that sort of thing. The biggest headache I had at the time was keeping track of my inventory across multiple platforms. When I sold something on eBay, I had to quickly take it off Amazon. If I sold it on Amazon, I had to quickly take it off eBay. And if it was a hot item, invariably I would double sell.

How do I put inventory from a vendor in PawnMaster? Under the vendor’s Company name?

The key to assigning a vendor when adding inventory is checking the “New Item” checkbox at the bottom left of the inventory screen. This does two things, it allows assigning a primary vendor and it allows setting a reorder level for the item. (Please note that if the “Max Quantity” is set to “0” the item will not be listed on the reorder report even when the quantity on hand reaches zero”)
