We asked our employees what their favorite PawnMaster feature is, and why.  Here’s what they had to say:

My favorite add-on is DigiShield backup storage. DigiShield provides security and comfort to every customer that has it. They know that their information is safe from harm no matter what happens. Customers love it because if their system goes down for whatever reason, they know their information safely stored in an offsite location. For PawnMaster Classic customers, proactive email notifications give them comfort, letting them know in advance if the system identifes any issues with their on-premise server, so it can be corrected before an outage even takes place. Customers need this add-on so they can safely store their back ups in case of a natural disaster like a hurricane. If their store gets wiped out they can purchase new equipment and have all of their information restored.
