We asked our employees what their favorite PawnMaster feature is, and why.  Here’s what they had to say:

Protection Plans are a great way to increase profits, while giving customers added confidence in their purchases. This module allows the shop to offer extended warranties on sales in either a flat fee or based off a percentage of the sale price, with the ability to set different plan rates for different item types. The customers benefit from this feature by giving them the peace of mind that they made the right purchase, and on the off chance something goes wrong, they have the added security of being able to return the item for a replacement or refund. In short, the module brings added revenue to the shop, while also improving customer relations and drastically decreasing the likelihood of an upset customer.
