The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) will be making changes to the Military Lending Act website around June 27,2019. These changes will require all users of the website to create user accounts.

A user account will be required to do any search for active service on the website, as well as to access both single and multiple record requests. These changes will increase the security of the site, providing heightened protection to the personal information of service members.

Changes will also require additional information when creating a user account.  Website users will be instructed to provide first and last name, as well as living address and email address. This is in addition to current user account requirements, (username, password, company name, and challenge questions). As of August 2019, current user accounts will be required to update their accounts to include the new field information. These efforts are implemented to continuously improve the security of service members information.
