As a pioneer in developing the company’s culture of growing and developing employees from within, Data Age is proud that Bill himself has set forth the path to his own professional development as well. Bill joined Data Age in 2014 with 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Management. Formerly Human Resources Director, Bill’s background in people and processes lends the natural next step to take over a much larger role of running the operations.
Over the past eight months, Mr. Reinacher has been taking on operational responsibilities due to the rapid and expansive organic growth the company has seen as a result of market-driven events. One of his core responsibilities in the new role will be to ensure operational excellence that focuses on providing the absolute best possible experience for Data Age customers.

Prior to working at Data Age, Bill held Human Resources roles in the furniture and franchising industries where he built sound, dynamic teams. Bill is a 1992 graduate of the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio where he graduated with a degree in Business Management.
