Data Age Business Systems, developer of the industry’s leading pawn management software, PawnMaster, is pleased to announce the promotion of Anthony Parise to Technical Enterprise Account Manager.
Anthony has been with Data Age for two years, serving customers as the company’s Technical Support Supervisor. In that time, he gained skills in management and customer service, and he has developed a wide range of product knowledge that has prepared him to take on his new role as Technical Enterprise Account Manager. “Anthony has been a key part of our success and the support of the technical support department…he has truly earned this opportunity and I expect him to continue to excel in his career path” says Bill Reinacher, Director of Operations.
Anthony’s primary responsibilities moving forward will include managing the relationship between Data Age’s enterprise-level customers and Data Age’s engineering department. “Mr. Parise’s new position is vital in that it guarantees success in setting and meeting expectations for our largest customers,” says Bill Brannan, Director of Software Development, “His role reinforces how much we value these relationships—we see them as partners.”
In his new position, Anthony aims to maintain the world-class level of support his team has built up and sustained over the last thirty-three years. Now that he serves as the main point of contact for Data Age’s enterprise-level clients, he plans to continue building exceptional relationships with these customers. “As we continue to board a wealth of enterprise customers, it is imperative we continually improve on our processes to ensure the success of all of PawnMaster Nation,” CEO Len Summa states. That is exactly what Anthony Parise plans to do. His first order of business is to establish a process that contains channels to streamline communications. He believes this new process “will allow for easier tracking of support tickets” and create even stronger relationships with their customers than ever before.
Although Anthony’s skills and expertise have taken him this far in his career, he believes in giving credit where credit is due. “My time as Technical Support Supervisor and direct help from my peers in leadership, along with everyone else at Data Age, is where all my credit belongs,” Anthony shares. “The experience I’ve gained in my time with them has prepared me for new challenges.”
Anthony Parise looks forward to serving Data Age in his new position as Technical Enterprise Account Manager and taking his team to new heights.
