19 Beyond The Shop: The Future Relationship

Ok, we’ve finish the loan, you now have a happy customer. But, let’s sell the future relationship. Just because they are finished with that transaction doesn’t mean they don’t have more questions. They may learn about store hours, they may want to know about something for sale, they may want to pawn another item. You need to go to them and say “Hey, remember my name is Corby and if you ever have any questions here is my phone number, please call me”. This engages the customer one more time and allows you the opportunity to sell that future relationship.
